HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

When you see an item you like, click “add to cart” and continue shopping. If you are ready to checkout, then click “checkout”, or you click “My Cart” in the upper right corner of the webpage. You will then view the items you’ve selected, and click “Check Out” if they are all correct. Proceed to fill in your Delivery Information, select your Shipping Method, input your Billing Information and Payment method, click “Continue” then “Submit Order” and your order will be complete! WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

LightITLED.com accepts: American issued Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If you are using a foreign credit card, or a credit card with a foreign billing address, the system will be unable to process your card. However, you may use a PayPal account to process your order using that foreign credit card.

HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER WAS ACCEPTED?

After you click "Submit Order" an e-mail confirmation including an order number will be sent to the e-mail address entered when the order was placed. You can also check the status of your order by clicking on "Accounts/Register" at the top of any page. Sign in to access your account by entering your email and password. Then, click on "Order History". Click on an order number to view the entire order. If the order has shipped, click on the tracking number to track the status of your package. You can expect to receive your package in approximately five to seven business days from the date the package shipped.

WILL I BE CHARGED TAX?

If you live in, or ship your order to, a state where LightITLED.com maintains a physical presence, we are required to charge your local sales tax on your purchase. We collect tax for deliveries to the following state: CA. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be combined state and local rate for the address where your order is shipped. We are required to collect tax on shipping charges where applicable.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please call us immediately at 888-296-8033. If our call center happens to be closed at the time of your call, please send us an email by clicking this link 888-296-8033. Once your order is in the “processing” status, it will be difficult to change or cancel, so please contract us as soon as possible after submitting your order.
