Eligibility Window:

60 day return policy- To qualify for a return or exchange, the unwanted item(s) must have a ‘Return Authorization Number’ and received back to our Fulfillment Center unopened and unused, in their original condition, within 60 days of your purchase date (as printed on your packing slip/invoice). How do I obtain a ‘Return Authorization Number’:

To process your return and receive a Return Authorization Number, log into your account in the upper right hand corner of the webpage. Click on "view order" and on the following page click on the "return or exchange items" link. Follow the easy steps, print the final page and include it in your return box along with a copy of your invoice. If you would like to exchange item(s), please call us directly at 888-296-8033 so we may create a return for the item(s) to have them refunded. Then we will create a new order, as the exchange, with free outgoing shipping! Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4pm, PST. We look forward in assisting you!

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange:
  • Returns received not containing the original invoice, copy of the invoice, or a note containing the customer name and order number
  • Items marked as “FINAL SALE”
  • Items bought from somewhere other than LightITLED.com
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
  • Returns received in damaged/used condition
  • Returns received after 60 days of purchase date
How do I exchange an item?

If you would like to exchange an item(s), please call us directly at 888-296-8033 so we may create a return for the item(s) to be refunded. Then we will create a new order, as the exchange, with free outgoing shipping! Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4pm, PST. We look forward in assisting you!

Please note: If you do not call and place your exchange order prior to us receiving your return and you requested an item for exchange that we no longer have available, we will process a return instead. If this should happen, you’ll receive a return email to notify you about the return.

Will you pay my Return Shipping?

No. Lightitled.com does not pay for return shipping or provide a return label unless you received a damaged item, or an item you did not order. If that is the case then we will email you a return label for your products but you must email us or call us at 888-296-8033, Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. pst to receive your label.

PLEASE NOTE. We can only email return labels, they cannot be mailed.

For returns/exchanges past 60 days:

We will offer credit to be used towards future purchases for returns received after the 90 refund allowance?

Damages from purchases other than through our website:

Please accept our sincere apologies, but at this time we can only return items that have been purchased directly through LightITLED.com. For purchases from sources other than our website, we encourage you to contact the Corporate Offices at 503-274-1227, or by email to Info@fulcrumproducts.com. They will be able to further assist you.

I would like a refund

No Problem-ALL REFUNDS must be authorized and received within 59 days from the date of purchase and must be in its original packaging undamaged with all original parts included in order to receive a full merchandise refund. Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

Your original method of payment will be refunded within 5 days of receipt. I did not buy my items directly from LightITLED.com.

We apologize, but at this time we can ONLY return items that have been purchased directly through LightITLED.com. Please return these products to the place of purchase. If you are unable to return the product to the original place of purchase, please email our corporate office for assistance.

My item was a gift, but I don’t have the order name or information.
